The packaging line is made with a fully stainless steel structure following all the strictest health and safety regulations.
The process forms the ice cream within the 2 cookies (top and bottom). We have a solution which includes the wrapping of the produced ice cream, while curing is not provided.
Sandwiches can be of different sizes:
- round
- square
- rectangular
These are the most popular formats and most demanded by the market; but alternative formats are also possible.
We have over time developed customized and innovative solutions, such as the application of chocolate chips on the circumference of the ice cream or through the use of particularly delicate cookies and for more trendy products: such as Wafers or Macarons.
