Focus 2025: Sustainability and Technological Innovation

The 2025 edition of Fispal Food Service places strong emphasis on two key themes for the future of the industry: environmental sustainability and technological innovation

Environmental Sustainability: a Concrete Commitment

Fispal Food Service is committed to becoming carbon neutral by 2025 by reducing waste by 50% and helping customers lower their carbon footprint.  Among the initiatives implemented:

  • Use of reusable stands to reduce waste
  • Reduction of printed materials, using FSC-certified paper (Forest Stewardship Council), an international certification ensuring that wood- or paper-based products (such as furniture, packaging, printed paper, etc.) come from forests managed responsibly from an environmental, social, and economic standpoint
  • Use of LED lighting and optimized air conditioning to reduce energy consumption
  • Interactive totems for searching exhibitors and products, reducing the need for printed maps
  • Separate waste collection and proper disposal of waste generated during the event
  • Recycling of tarpaulins used at the fair, which are then donated to NGOs for social initiatives
  • Availability of vegan and vegetarian food options at the event’s restaurants and snack bars
  • Badge collection point for conscious disposal, with badges to be reused at future events

Technological Innovation: Shaping the Future of Food Service

Fispal Food Service 2025 aims to serve as a benchmark for innovation in the sector, offering:

  • A digital platform to connect exhibitors, products, and offer networking opportunities
  • A content channel featuring exclusive and original material focused on trends and in-depth insights for the entire F&B sector
  • Market Development Service, a comprehensive program to help small entrepreneurs expand their commercial presence in new markets and boost sales in existing ones

LAIeF: a Consolidated and Strategic Presence

For us at LAIeF, an Italian company leader in the design and manufacture of machinery for industrial ice cream production, participating in Fispal Food Service 2025 is another opportunity for growth, to strengthen our position in the South American market and to present our advanced technological solutions, particularly for the production of ice cream novelties such as ice cream on stick, popsicles, sandwiches, and ice cream cakes:

  • Linear and rotary machines for the industrial production of ice cream on stick, customizable in all their components (molds, dosing units, stick machine, granulator, packaging line) and suitable for high-quality ice cream production in large volumes.
  • Varying production capacities: up to 22,000 pieces.
  • Sandwich machines to produce ice cream sandwiches. This is a wide range offering differing levels of flexibility and capacity: from 3,000 up to 15,000 ice cream sandwiches per hour.
  • Machines for extruded ice cream cakes, where the final product is extruded continuously onto plastic trays, transported along the production line by a ladder chain.
  • Stainless steel wrapping machines, designed for the specific needs of an ice cream factory, where humidity and washing with chemical cleaning agents place the materials used under great strain.
  • Our Top Products, designed to create tailor-made ice cream for each of our customers.

All this at the STAND L-110 FIBRASIL  We look forward to seeing you there!
